Singapore drops out of top 10 best places for expats
Blame it on two factors.
Global networking site, Internations.org, just released its Expat Insider Survey for 2016, which ranks the best countries for expats to live in
The study which surveyed a total of 14,000 participants from 195 countries abroad show that Singapore is no longer amongst the top 10 best places to live abroad. Previously at 4th place, it came in at number 13 in the overall ranking led by Taiwan, Malta and Ecuador.
Internations explained that the downfall is mainly due to long working hours and a high cost of living, as Singapore continues to rank highly in other categories such as travel and safety.
