Far East Hospitality opens hotel in Tokyo
It has an opening promotion of 15% discount with a complimentary late check-out.
Far East Hospitality has announced the official opening of Far East Village Hotel Ariake in Tokyo, Japan, a press release confirmed. Located in Koto City, the hotel claims to target the domestic business community attending conferences and exhibitions at Tokyo Big Sight—one of Japan’s premier exhibition arenas and convention centres.
The hotel, constructed and designed by Shimizu Corporation, is the first hotel under the Village brand to expand its presence outside of Singapore. The interior features a contemporary design blending Japanese elements into Singapore-inspired hospitality. Guest rooms are fitted with AI speakers, allowing guests to make multilingual voice commands.
To minimise contact, check-in and check-out are performed with self-serve kiosks with contactless payment options. Self-serve vending facilities are also installed for currency exchange. Safety measures, such as installation of protective screens at service touch points and restaurant areas and high-frequency cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas, have been implemented, the press release added.
