Gardens by the Bay welcomes 10 millionth visitor
The People’s Garden turns two this week.
Gardens by the Bay welcomed its 10-millionth visitor on Sunday, June 22, a week ahead of its second anniversary on June 29.
The lucky visitor was 73-year-old Kho Su Kiak from Sarawak, Malaysia, who was visiting his daughter and her family in Singapore.
“For Gardens by the Bay to welcome 10 million visitors before turning two is a remarkable milestone for us. We are grateful for the support of staff, volunteers, partners and visitors – all of whom have contributed in some way towards bringing this People’s Garden to fruition,” said Theresa Foo, Chairman of Gardens by the Bay.
