Ascott opens lyf Farrer Park Singapore in Little India
It is Ascott’s third coliving property in Singapore under the lyf brand.
Ascott has opened lyf Farrer Park Singapore in Little India, its third lyf property in the Lion City.
The co-living property features the lyf brand’s signature communal spaces, such as a social kitchen, a barbeque pit, a coworking lounge, a laundromat, and a 24-hour fully equipped social gym. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor fitness corner.
Meeting rooms are also provided for travellers looking for a place to work. The meeting rooms–called “meet”, “huddle”, and “collab”– can be combined to accommodate events for up to 50 people.
The property is near Farrer Park MRT station, offering guests access to central business district and other attractions in Singapore.
This is Ascott’s sixth lyf property in Asia, and 12 others are in development across the world, the lodging business said in the press announcement. Lyf Farrer Park follows the launch of lyf one-north, which has already achieved an occupancy rate of 80% since opening two months before, said Norman Cross, head of lyf brand.
“With the launch lyf Farrer Park Singapore, our third lyf coliving property in Singapore, guests can look forward to an exciting and colourful experience in a central and accessible location within the cultural hub of the Little India neighbourhood. Guests can enjoy the multicultural establishments, eclectic shops, historic sights and great food right at their doorstep,” Cross remarked.
