Copthorne Hotel Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL), has acquired Hilton Paris Opéra Hotel for $350.2m.

The addition of the 268-room, five-storey freehold deluxe hotel increased CDL's Paris portfolio to 670 rooms.
The hotel, designed by renowned French architect Juste Lisch, enjoys almost 100 metres of direct street frontage on Rue Saint-Lazare.
The 18,339 square metres (sqm) property also has four F&B outlets, eight conference and meeting rooms and two leased retail spaces on the ground floor.
