Park Hotel Clarke Quay was sold for $300m.

According to Chesterton Singapore, the stellar performance of all hotels and the limited stock of hotels for sale, have given investors great confidence as noted from the prices paid for the recent hotel transactions.

Notable transactions in 2013 include the sale of Ibis Novena for $150 million, Park Hotel Clarke Quay for $300 million, Rendezvous Grand Hotel Singapore and Rendezvous Gallery for $264.3 million and the Park Regis Singapore with the office block for $250 million.
