Krisflyer to launch chartered cruise experience for members
The cruise will take place from 17 to 19 November.
Krisflyer, the Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) lifestyle membership program, announced today the initiation for a two-night cruise experience for its members.
The cruise will occur from 17 to 19 November and will be held onboard the World Dream.
Included in the program are welcome packs, amenity kits, and sleeper suits. Complimentary WiFi, as well as SIA’s well-known stay will be available, as well. A meal by Georges Blanc, a three Michelin-starred chef and Grand Master of French cuisine, can be enjoyed by visitors.
Entertainment, shopping, and dining choices will be on site. A grooming workshop by SIA’s cabin crew trainers and training in constructing the SIA batik roses will be accessible throughout the stay.
Bingo games with a prize of up to 270,000 KrisPay miles or $1,800 can be won by cruise visitors.
In partnership with Dream Cruises, KrisFlyer is also offering a chance for a free stay on this cruise. Subscribers must spend and earn miles at KrisShop, Kris+, or Pelago with their KrisFlyer UOB credit or debit card, or Mastercard between 25 August to 30 September. One winner will win a stay at the World Dream’s Palace Villa, while two others will win a stay at the Palace Penthouse.
Krisflyer miles can also be earned during the bookings and be used to enjoy benefits throughout the cruise.
SIA's Senior VP of Marketing Planning JoAnn Tan sees this partnership as an expansion of the current rewards system.
“Over the last two years, KrisFlyer has evolved from an airline loyalty programme to a lifestyle-centric rewards programme. This partnership with Dream Cruises means that we are now able to offer members new experiences even over waters! As KrisFlyer adds new partners to our rewards ecosystem, we will continue to offer our members more accrual and redemption opportunities that are especially relevant to their lifestyle interests and needs.”
