STB taps FLCT to increase tourist visits
Both companies will promote Singapore in key travel markets.
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) signed a three-year multi-million-dollar Memorandum of Understanding with Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (FCTG) to increase tourist visits in Singapore.
The partnership will see both companies promote the country in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA, Canada, and South Africa.
They will also develop dedicated mono-destination holiday and "stayover" packages to entice visitors to stay and experience Singapore before continuing their travel.

The partnership will assist FCTG consultants through training and familiarisation experiences to give them up-to-date information about the country and effectively make them tourism ambassadors, sharing their knowledge with prospective visitors.
Graham Turner, FCTG CEO, said that the MOU emphasises how much the travel company values Singapore as a crucial player in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region's travel market.
"Now that more of the region's carriers have resumed routes through Singapore, FCTG is excited to work with STB to cast the limelight back on the city and remind the world what a spectacular travel destination Singapore is," Turner said.
