CDL Hospitality Trusts appoints Ronald Seah Lim Siang as director

His financial risk management expertise and experience is deemed by the Board as invaluable contribution to the group.

The Board of Directors of M&C REIT Management Limited (MRM) and M&C Business Trust Management Limited (MBTM), the Manager of CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and the Trustee-Manager of CDL Hospitality Business Trust respectively, approved the appointment of Ronald Seah Lim Siang as an independent and non-executive director of MRM and MBTM.

Mr Seah, 66, will also be an Audit Committee member of MRM and MBTM and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of MRM.

In the past, he was chairman of AIG Global Investment Corporation (Singapore) from 2001 to 2005 and director of Direct Investments of AIG Global Investment Corporation (Singapore) from 1996 to 2005, according to a CDL Hospitality Trusts report.
