Fragrance Group names Leow Chung Chong Yam Soon as director

He has more than 19 years of accounting and financial audit experience.

Fragrance Group announced the appointment of Leow Chung Chong Yam Soon as independent director.

Mr Leow, 43, was also Audit Committee chairman, according to a Fragrance Group report.

He is currently an audit partner at Ecovis Assurance LLP. Prior to that he was an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr Leow has more than 19 years of accounting and financial audit experience. He is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a member of the ISCA Financial Statements Review Committee. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accociation of Certified Accountants, UK and Certified Public Accountants, USA.
