The Board of GuocoLeisure appoints Jennie Chua Kheng Yeng as Director.The Board has reviewed the background, skills and experience of Ms Jennie Chua Kheng Yeng and approved her appointment as an independent director of the Company.
Before her appointment, Ms Chua, 68, was Chief Corporate Officer, CapitaLand Limited from August 2009 to 31 July 2012. Prior to this she was President & Chief Executive Officer, The Ascott Group Limited from August 2007 to July 2009. and Chief Strategic Relations Officer, CapitaLand Limited from February 2007 to July 2007, according to a GuocoLeisure report.
