Hotel Windsor fully ceased operation on 27 March 2014.
Ho Bee Land, the operator of Hotel Windsor, announced the resignation of Mark Khoo Chee Meng as general manager of Hotel Windsor.
Mr Khoo, 57, was in charge of overseeing the management and operation of Hotel Windsor.
He was appointed to the post 1 January 2000, according to a Ho Bee Land report.
