Hotel Royal announced the retirement of Ng Kok Lip as independent non-executive director.
Mr Ng, 73, was also chairman of the Renumeration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, according to a Hotel Royal report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 January 2003.
