Philip Ng Chee Tat steps down as Far East Orchard Non-Executive Chairman

Yet he will remain as a strategic advisor of the company.

The Board of Far East Orchard announced the resignation of Philip Ng Chee Tat as Director of Far East Orchard. He was also member of the Nominating Committee.

Mr Ng, 54, who has been on the Board for 19 years since 1993 will be stepping down from his positions but will remain as a strategic advisor. The Company has undergone a successful strategic corporate restructuring this year with a new diversified portfolio focusing on property development, hospitality real estate development and management, and healthcare real estate space. Mr Koh’s appointment is a continuing progression in the organisational development of the Company and its business growth.

He was appointed to the post 25 June 1993, according to a Far East Orchard report.
