Stamford Land Corp appoints Lee Kin Meng as general counsel and company secretary

He was co-company Secretary for LCD Global Investments and Lum Chang Holdings

Stamford Land Corp announced the appointment of Lee Kin Meng as general counsel and company secretary.

Mr Lee, 42, was responsible for the group's legal and corporate matters, according to a Stamford Land report.

Mr Lee joined LCD Global Investments (LCD) in 2005 and left LCD on 6 May 2014 as group legal counsel/company secretary. In the interim, Mr Lee left LCD to join Banyan Tree Holdings as group legal counsel/company secretary in 2008 but returned to LCD in 2009. In Jan 2012, he was appointed co-company Secretary for LCD and Lum Chang Holdings. Previously, he also held the post of Legal Counsel in Jurong Port in 2004.
