Live in Simple Luxury
Work and a plush holiday barely make a good mix but a thriving serviced residence estate is making it happen right at the heart of bustling Singapore.
Inspired by the famous street in New York City's cosmopolitan district, Park Avenue Suites is a home away from home to business travelers and expatriates with its stylish yet comfy interior and snug single-bedroom apartments, serviced offices and a welcoming staff to boot. Each of its 150 apartments at Park Avenue Suites and 36 apartments at Park Avenue Residences are all decked out with comfortable furnishings and an array of facilities, offering guests-- holiday makers and corporate clients alike-- a new level of vibrant living while doing business in the city.
"We may be a small outfit [but] we are proud of our brand and humble beginnings. We make it a point to serve and satisfy the needs of our guests and corporate clients by putting in a hint of personal touch," says Anita Kwan, Director of Hospitality Services.
Replicating the charm of one's own home, Park Avenue is thorough in providing service to its loyal clientele, even down to the toiletries, to ensure them a comfortable stay.
"We anticipate their needs and put our hearts to serve our guests to the best of our efforts. Our warm and friendly service is what makes us stand apart," she adds.
Park Avenue lives up to its promise of providing its clients a haven for "work, live and play" as it is quietly nestled near the Singapore River, a stone's throw from the business and commercial hubs, providing easy access to the city's myriad of wining, dining and shopping selections.
"We offer a mix of serviced apartment and serviced offices within the heart of Singapore City, allowing guests to enjoy a vibrant and holistic lifestyle by balancing the elements of work, live and play," relates Kwan.
To ensure that its appeal lives up to the guests' expectations, Park Avenue has outlined a couple of plans to spruce up the complex to make its interior a more vibrant living space, infusing brighter colors and homely décor. Its friendly arms are also extending to Rochester and Changi with two brand new living spaces, in vision of becoming Asia’s hospitality provider of choice.
Expected to be completed in 2011, the new complex at Rochester will feature 271-ultramodern hotel rooms, serviced suites and offices to provide a home to expatriates working in the booming Biopolis, One-North. Tucked in the lush greenery of Rochester Park, guests can easily feel nature with an inviting chain of restaurants, pubs, gourmet marts nearby. The Changi property will lodge a business hotel, a serviced office, convention center and a retail space for business travelers from the east.
