Surprisingly, office revenue went down.
According to an SGX announcement, gross revenue hit $66m as compared to last year's $64,807. Retail went up 3.8% to $29.1m. Hotel revenues also inched higher by 1% to $24m. Office revenue slid 2.7% to $10m from last year's $10.4m.
Net property income edged up 1.8% to $48,362.
Raffles City Singapore is jointly owned by CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT) and CapitaMall Trust (CMT) and jointly managed by CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited (CCTML) and CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (CMTML). CCT has 60.0% interest and CMT has 40.0% interest in RCS Trust.
