Frasers Centrepoint’s $600m perpetual bonds snapped up by eager investors
It’s the largest perpetual deal this year.
Frasers Centrepoint yesterday unveiled its $600m perpetual bond offering priced at 4.88%, which DBS Bank says has been snapped up by eager investors.
According to FCT, the Perpetual Securities are expected to be issued on 24 September 2014.
"The net proceeds arising from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing the existing borrowings, and financing the investments and general working capital and/or capital expenditure requirements, of the Issuer, the Company or the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") and the associated entities and joint venture entities of the Group," noted FCT.
