SGX reports China Sky Chemical Fibre’s potential SFA breaches

MAS received the report and referred the potential breaches to the Commercial Affairs Department.

A joint statement by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Police Force said:

The Monetary Authority of Singapore has received a report from the Singapore Exchange on potential breaches of the Securities and Futures Act, Cap. 289 ("SFA") by China Sky Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd and its directors.

MAS has referred the potential breaches to the Commercial Affairs Department, which is currently investigating the matter.
