Advance SCT announced that the liquidation of its wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore Copper Technologies Pte Ltd has been completed.
The company said the liquidation of the dormant subsidiary does not have any material impact on Advance SCT’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
