StarHub to issue S$220m fixed rate notes
The notes will be issued under the S$1b Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme established by StarHub in 2011.
StarHub Ltd announced that it intends to issue S$220 million 3.08% fixed rate notes due 2022.
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and DBS Bank Ltd. have been appointed to act as the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the issue.
The announcement said the issue price is 100% of the principal amount of the notes. The closing date for the issue of the notes is currently expected to be on or about 12 September 2012.
The net proceeds will be used for financing the general corporate funding requirements or investments of StarHub and/or the StarHub Group.
Application will be made to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for permission to deal in and quotation of the notes on the SGX-ST.
