CapitaLand India Trust taps Gauri Nagabhushanam as CEO designate

He began his stint as CEO designate on 16 May.

CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) has appointed Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam as Chief Executive Officer Designate.

Currently, Nagabhushanam serves as CapitaLand Investment (CLI) CEO of India Business Park.

Nagabhushanam began his duties as CEO Designate on 16 May. He will then succeed current CLINT CEO Sanjeev Dasgupta in August.

Whilst stepping down as CLINT CEO, Dasgupta will continue to serve as CLI's CEO for India.

Before he was appointed CLINT CEO Designate, Nagabhushanam served as head of Investments and Chief Financial Officer at Ascendas-Firstspace, where he helped set up and scale the industrial and logistics platform in India under the joint venture between CapitaLand and Firstspace.
