The REIT also recorded a 7.3% YoY lower distributable income of US$41.5m.
Digital Core REIT declared a distribution per unit of US$0.0370 ($0.049) in FY23, a 7.0% decline from the FY22 record.
In a bourse filing, the REIT said the FY23 DPU includes its 2H23 DPU of US$0.0178 ($0.024), which will be paid on 27 March.
In the same period, the REIT recorded lower net property income and distributable income to unitholders.
The REIT’s NPI fell 9.1% YoY to US$63.1m ($84.3m), whilst its distributable income declined 7.3% YoY to US$41.5m ($55.4m).
