Digital Core REIT to enter FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index 

It will be included in the index beginning on 15 September.

SGX-listed Digital Core REIT will be included in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index starting 15 September.

In a bourse filing, the REIT said its inclusion in the index developed by FTSE Group is a “significant milestone” that can enhance its trading liquidity on the SGX as well as its visibility to global institutional investors.

The FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index Series is an international real estate investment index designed to track the performance of listed real estate companies and REITs worldwide.

The FTSE Group-developed index is also regarded as the leading benchmark for listed real estate investments.
