Frasers Property AHL Limited issues $200m notes at 3% rate

The maturity date for these notes will be in 2028.

Frasers Property Limited announced that one of their subsidiaries, Frasers Property AHL Limited, would be pricing its offering of notes at $200m in an aggregate principal amount of 3%. 

These notes would be due in 2028 and are covered under the A$2b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established both by Frasers Property Limited and its subsidiary.

Oversea-Chinese Bank Corporation Limited has been chosen as the sole lead manager for the notes. Denominations of $250,000 will be used for the notes. 

The maturity date for these notes is on October 9, 2028, with an interest rate of 3%, payable semi-annually.
