GIC buys LG Twin Towers in Beijing for over $1.6b

The asset comprises two Grade-A office towers and a retail podium.

Sovereign wealth fund GIC has acquired Beijing’s LG Twin Towers from South Korean conglomerate LG Group for over $1.6b (RMB 8b), according to a press release.

The LG Twin Towers comprises two Grade-A office towers and a retail podium.

The asset is located in Beijing’s Guomao Central Business District and has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 140,680 m2.
