Mencast Holding Ltd.’s substantial shareholder Gay Chee Cheong and his wife, Chua Siok Lan, have sold their 5.12 million shares to the market for $150,178, according to a bourse filing.
After the sale, Gay and Chua’s total percentage of total shares decreased to 4.63% from 5.74%.
The filing stated 4 October as the date of sale; however, it happened with “a series of transactions that took place over different trading days.”
