Metech taps Ng Ooi Hooi as new independent director
His new role is effective from 18 September.
Metech International has appointed Ng Ooi Hooi as new independent director effective from 18 September.
Ng is an independent director and chairman of the remuneration committee. He is also a member of the audit and nominating committee.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
Prior to joining Metech, he was president for Singapore and regional investments at Keppel Land Limited.
