Fan Chee Seng filed a case against the company for wrongful termination.
OIO Holdings has won the court case against its ex-chairman, Fan Chee Seng, who filed the lawsuit over his alleged wrongful termination.
In the last hearing dated 30 July, the court gave him the option to appeal within 14 days. On 1 August, the court ordered him to pay company costs.
Fan did not make any appeal and paid $12,000 in costs and disbursements on 14 August.
OIO Holdings said that the claim is not expected to have any material financial impact on the company for FY2024.
