The notes carried a 4.00% fixed rate.

OUE Limited's $150m green notes, due 2029, were oversubscribed by 1.5 times.

Issued on 8 October at a 4.00% fixed rate, the deal was allocated to a broad range of high-quality accounts, including fund managers (46%), banks (15%), and private banks (39%).
