Pegasus Asia sets the last day for trading warrants on 12 January

The warrants will expire on 20 January.

Pegasus Asia will delist its warrants from the SGX-ST.

In a bourse filing, the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) said the last day of trading warrants on the SGX-ST will be 12 January.

“Trading of the warrants will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 15 January 2024,” the SPAC announced.

The warrants will expire on 20 January.

Pegasus Asia expects the expired warrants to be removed from warrant holders’ securities accounts on or about 26 January.
