DPU for the period dipped 5.1% YoY.
Sasseur REIT reported a lower distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU) in the first half of 2024.
In H1 2024, distributable income slipped 2.9% YoY to $42.7m, whilst DPU dipped 5.1% YoY to $0.03153.
The REIT will pay the DPU to unitholders on 26 September.
Meanwhile, the REIT explained that its EMA rental income dipped 0.4% YoY to $62.3m in Singapore Dollar terms, affecting distributable income.
In Renminbi terms, EMA rental income slightly rose by 0.9% YoY to RMB329.0m.
