
SGX lists Consciencefood Holding
The Indonesian-based manufacturer seeks to expand further by joining the trade in Asia’s second biggest market.
Singapore Exchange (SGX) announced the listing of Consciencefood Holding Limited (Consciencefood Holding) under the ticker symbol "Consciencefood," an SGX release said on Thursday.
Mr Djoesianto Law, Chairman and CEO of Consciencefood said, “We are delighted with our Group’s successful listing on SGX as we believe it will greatly enhance our public image locally and internationally and enable us to tap the capital markets to fund our business growth. Our listing in Singapore also serves as a springboard to spearhead our growth plans and we are excited about the immense opportunities ahead.”
Consciencefood Holding, which is based in Indonesia, is a manufacturer and distributor of instant noodles and snack noodles. Its products are sold in Indonesia also exported to Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Hong Kong, Palestinian territories, Madagascar and Singapore.

Consciencefood Holding, with an estimated market capitalisation of S$87 million, brings the total number of companies listed on SGX to 768.
