Blumont Group appoints Siaw Lu Howe as executive chairman

He is also the CEO of the company.

Mr Siaw Lu Howe will be responsible for implementing the Group's strategic plans and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group.

Mr Siaw Lu Howe has interests in hospitality, real estate and mining services businesses primarily located in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia, which are not in the areas which the Group operates.

Mr Siaw Lu Howe is deemed interested in 22,131,184,204 shares held by Ultimate Horizon Pte. Ltd.

He is currently working as director at Sri Datai Construction (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd since September 1995 and at Modal Sempura Sdn Bhd since March 2009.

He is the advisor of Juara Cahya Sarawak Sdn Bhd since January 2015 and he is also currently working as group managing director at Sri Datai Group of companies and at Sri Datai Mining Sdn Bhd.
