China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation appoints Xu Guohong as CFO

He was appointed on 11 December 2017.

Mr Xu Guohong, a secondee of parent company, China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation (CNAF), has been nominated by CNAF for appointment as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Mr Wang Chunyan.

Mr Xu will report to the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director. He will have oversight responsibility for the overall financial management and accounting functions of the group, and will oversee the financial strategies, financial planning, financial reporting, treasury and taxation matters of the Group. He will also assist the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director in overseeing the risk management and investor relations departments.
