Forise International appoints Peng Fei as non-executive director
He previously served as Fu Hua Holdings' executive president.
Taking into account the cessation of Mr Peng Fei as Executive Director of the Company and Mr Peng Fei's reduced responsibilities in the Company, the Board of Directors has approved the re-designation of Mr Peng Fei from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Peng Fei previously served as Fu Hua Holdings' executive president from January 2014 to September 2015. He previously worked as executive director at Great Group Holdings Limited now known as Forise International Limited from 19 August 2015 to December 2017.
