Fullerton appoints Manraj Sekhon as Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Fullerton, Mr Sekhon was Director and Head of International Equities at Henderson Global Investors.
Fullerton Fund Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Manraj S. Sekhon as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2011.
Prior to joining Fullerton, Mr Sekhon was Director and Head of International Equities at Henderson Global Investors. Mr Sekhon has over 17 years of investment experience, including 15 years managing global equities. He started his career at Mercury Asset Management in London.

During his eight year tenure at Henderson, Mr Sekhon led the development of the International Equities business which delivered significant asset growth built on a market leading long term investment track record. He has also won industry accolades for his investment acumen. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick in the UK and is also a CFA charterholder.
Separately, Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer, Ms Chan Chia Lin will be moving from her current role to Executive Director of Corporate Strategy. Ms Chan, one of the founders of Fullerton, will deploy her experience at the company and in the Asian markets to work along with Mr Sekhon and Fullerton’s Board to explore new strategic and business initiatives for the firm’s next phase of growth. This change will be effective by end December 2011, following which Mr Sekhon will assume the dual responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
