Intraco appoints Tang Cheuk Chee as Executive Director

The company’s Board of Directors concurred to the PSC Corporation’s nomination of Madam Tang.

PSC Corporation Ltd, a substantial shareholder of the Company, proposed Madam Tang Cheuk Chee’s appointment as an Executive Director to the Company. The Nomination Committee had reviewed the qualifications and working experience of Madam Tang Cheuk Chee and recommended her appointment. The Board of Directors has accepted and approved her appointment based on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, according to an Intraco report.

Madam Tang, 39 had been an Executive Director of PSC Corporation Ltd since August 2011. She also worked as Marketing Director of Ette Bright International since 2006.
