Prakash Shah joins SMX as President of Metals & Energy
He was Director and Head of Commodity Sales and Structuring at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Singapore prior to joining SMX.
An SMX announcement said Mr. Shah brings with him over a decade of industry experience in Commodities Sales & Trading, structuring & trading interest rates.
“He possesses a deep understanding of the Asian financial markets having traded Metals and other commodities at Merrill Lynch making him well suited for this pivotal role at SMX,” said the announcement.
Mr. Shah holds a post graduate degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
