He retired by rotation pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Articles of Association.
ISR Capital announced the retirement of Raymond Tan Soo Khoon as independent director.
Mr Tan, 56, was also chairman of Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of Audit Committee, according to an ISR Capital report.
He was appointed to the post on 29 April 2011.
