She is replacing Ms Joyce Fong Foong Chao with effect from 1 December 2011.
In an announcement Singapore Exchange said it would like to extend gratitude and appreciation for the outgoing Company Secretary’s valuable contribution to SGX during her tenure of service.
Reason for the cessation was not cited.
