Soochow CSSD joins SGX as Catalist full sponsor and issue manager

SGX now has 15 Catalist Full Sponsors. 

Singapore Exchange (SGX) welcomed Soochow CSSD Capital Markets (SCCM) as its newly accredited Issue Manager (IM) and Catalist Full Sponsor.

The addition of SCCM brings SGX's total of accredited IMs to 43 and Catalist Full Sponsors to 15.

As SGX's accredited Issue Manager and Catalist Full Sponsor, SCCM can advise SGX Mainboard- or Catalist-listed companies and supervise Catalist-listed companies post-listing.

SCCM is an investment bank focusing on emerging growth companies across Asia, providing investment banking services such as equity capital markets, M&A advisory, and private credit financing.

SCCM is a subsidiary of Soochow Securities CSSD, with Soochow Securities Co. Ltd. as its major shareholder.
