Elektromotive Group appoints Chou Kong Seng as Director

He will also chair the Audit Committee and assigned as member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

The Board of Elektromotive Group announced the appointment of Chou Kong Seng as Director. The Board fully supports the Nominating Committee's recommendation to appoint Mr Chou to the Board. The Nominating Committee has undertaken a comprehensive review of his qualifications and experiences, and are of the view that his appointment will enhance the Board's composition.

Mr Chou, 57, was Chief Financial Officer of China Auto Corporation Ltd from 1993 up to the present. He was also an Independent Director of China Enersave Ltd from 2007 to 2010 and Executive Director of China Auto Corporation Ltd from 1996 to 2007, according to a Elektromotive Group report.
