Global Yellow Pages promotes Chua Joan Keat to CFO

He replaced Lim Jit Siew who pursued other opportunities and interests.

Global Yellow Pages announced the appointment of Chua Joan Keat as chief financial officer.

Mr Chua, 41, will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Group's finance, accounting, tax, compliance, risk management, human resources and investor relations functions.

Before his appointment, he was head of Group Business Development, Global Yellow Pages from December 2013. Before this, he was independent consultant from June 2013 to November 2013, financial controller of AXA Life Insurance Singapore from September 2011 to May 2013 and head of Treasury & Investment Services, Aviva from December 2004 to September 2011, according to a Global Yellow Pages report.
