He ceases to represent Fraser & Neave (F&N) as a director of Fung Choi Media Group following his cessasion as CEO of Times Publishing, a subsidiary of F&N.
Fung Choi Media Group announced the resignation of Goh Sik Ngee as director.
Mr Goh, 60, was also Remuneration Committee chairman and a member of Audit Committee, according to a Fung Choi Media Group report.
He was appointed to the post 29 July 2010.
