Craft Print International announced the retirement of Soh Gim Teik as independent non-executive director.
Mr Soh, 60, was also chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to a Craft Print International report.
He was appointed to the post on 29 December 1999.
