He has decided to retire after nine years of service on the Board.
Singapore Press Holdings announced the retirement of Willie Cheng Jue Hiang as director.
Mr Cheng, 60, was also chairman of Board Risk Committee and a Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Singapore Press Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 1 March 2004.
