DBS names new group head of consumer banking, Singapore country head
She Tse Koon takes over from Sim S. Lim, who is retiring from executive duties.
DBS has appointed She Tse Koon as new group head of consumer banking (CBG) and wealth management following the retirement of Sim S. Lim from the role.
Shee, who currently serves as country head of DBS Singapore, first joined DBS in 2016 as group head of strategy and planning. He then succeeded Lim as country head when Lim became head of CBG and wealth management.
Han Kwee Juan, group head of strategy and planning, will take over as country head of DBS Singapore. Han has served as group head of strategy and planning since April 2019.
Lim Him Chuan, CEO of DBS Taiwan, returns to Singapore to take over as group head of strategy and planning.
Ng Sier Han, who was named director of integration (Taiwan) in April 2022, will take over as DBS Bank Taiwan CEO.

After his retirement from the role of CBG/ wealth management group head, Lim will stay on as senior adviser after retiring from executive duties.
“Sim has been an integral member of the DBS senior team since joining us in 2010. We owe much to the way he steered the franchise in Singapore, the group’s largest market, and to his leadership of CBG/ Wealth Management,” DBS CEO Piyush Gupta said on Lim’s retirement.
“Thank you, Sim, for your numerous contributions and we wish you all the very best as you enter a new phase in life,” Gupta said.
