F&B company Koufu officially delists from SGX

Its last day on the mainboard was 29 March.

Koufu, an F&B company that operates a chain of food courts in Singapore, has delisted from the local bourse on 29 March at 9 a.m.

The delisting came after the completion of the compulsory acquisition of all issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of the Koufu by private equity firm, Dominus Capital Pte. Ltd.

The company applied to delist to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 15 February.

It also asked the SGX-ST to waive the requirement to submit a financial statement for the full financial year ended 31 December 2021.
