FedEx launch time-definite delivery service for AMEA businesses
Singapore and Hong Kong were amongst the selected destinations for delivery.
FedEx Express launched the FedEx International Priority Express (IPE) allowing businesses in the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) to ship abroad to schedule delivery at a definite time, by 10:30 a.m. or by noon.
Under the IPE, customers in the AMEA can ship their items to Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, the US, and Canada.
“IPE is an enhanced service with delivery windows early in the day for critical time-sensitive shipments. The expanded range of solutions we now offer gives businesses of all sizes greater control, by providing them with more choices that match their needs,” FedEx Express AMEA President Kawal Preet said.
FedEx Express also offers FedEx International First which provides an option for AMEA customers for early-day delivery to select postal codes and destinations in the US, Canada, and Europe.
It also has the FedEx International Priority service which offers end of the day delivery to more than 220 countries globally.
The company launched in September last year the FedEx International Connect Plus which is the international, day-definite, e-commerce shipping service, available in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.
